Called about a smaller job in my house, regarding venting. MTC seemed very reluctant to take said job or want to send someone out to quote me. Explained the turn around time to do the job would be months and quoted me almost quadruple, what another well known contractor did. Receptionist was nice, but felt like I got the run around.
Maroun and the trades he has are fantastic, great workmanship, amazing customer service, he puts his heart into every job and his faith has certainly helped lead him into bigger and better things. No job is too big or too small, he handles every obstacle so you don’t have to. There is no better General Contractor to run your project renovation or build! Highly recommend!
MTC Contracting just finished working on my home and I can't say enough about the quality of work and the team at this company.It started with the ladies in the office, the owner, to the teams that arrived to do the work. Incredible!!! They did a few projects replacing doors, adding a window, complete redo of backyard & removal of fireplace. The removal of a gas fireplace which then involve redoing wiring, drywall, painting, ceiling and flooring which all turned out amazing. The backyard was a complete redo. With a conversation and a few questions our Oasis was built. They had to remove almost everything which turned out to be a nightmare for them. The end results are amazing...new cement patio, new awning, completely redid the post and fence, retaining wall around the yard to support it, laid gravel and patio stonewalkway. The attention to detail was amazing the quality of workmanship outstanding and the respect to my home I can't say enough about. I would with out a doubt recommend this company. Maroun gave us a favorable estimate for a board and button feature wall. The work was completed correctly and perfectly in short order. We're completely satisfied and highly recommend MTC.
Maroun and his whole team are lifesavers.My mom is trying to sell her house, and as part of a real estate deal, the home inspector flagged problematic pipes in the in-floor heating in both the basement and main floor. The pipes were commonly used in the early 2000s, when the house was built, but were recalled a few years later. So, we made the difficult decision to decommission the in-floor heating system, and retrofit the house with a forced air furnace. Easy to say, not easy to do.Having no idea where to turn, we found Maroun on Houzz. Maroun immediately did a site visit with his plumber, and the next day sent his HVAC guy as well. They returned with a reasonable quote, and fit us into their schedule within a week or so. We were blown away by his responsiveness, and knowing how busy he is, we were thrilled to get such quick service.You hear horror stories about contractors, but Maroun is truly the real deal. He was excellent to deal with, very responsive, kept the schedule clipping along, and finished the work to a high degree of skill and detail, only slightly later, and slightly higher in price, than anticipated (though both the delay and slight increase in price were fair and reasonable).His whole crew was great, but special shout-outs to Aaron, Spencer and Nathan, who really went the extra mile. We were especially impressed by the the thought that went into this challenging job, and the house came out looking really great. My mom was especially concerned about having bulkheads all over the basement, because one of the benefits of infloor heating is no need for bulkheads to cover the ductwork. Remarkably, Spencer figured out a way to run the ducts so that the main basement living space doesn’t have any bulkheads, and any bulkheads he did put in were in more service-oriented rooms.We would be very happy to use MTC Contracting again (and in fact, are, on another small job.)
