We have had the opportunity to work with Oren about 3 times now. Our building has some roof problems and there's water damage on our ceiling. Oren has been one of the few people that gave us an honest answer to what to expect and what not. He's been more helpful than the management I must say! While we're awaiting a new roof to be installed next year, he has given us invaluable advice to how to deal with the damage and provided us with a solution to be able to inspect the water leaks and at the same time repaired the current ceiling to look cosmetically appealing. Oren is quick to respond, honest and detailed. I definitely recommend him.
