Instead of just assigning someone as our Project Manager, we were given an entire team starting with a Client Liaison to manage scheduling, a Design Coordinator, PM Anna to handle logistics, and Superintendent Sergei to manage execution on site. The coordination on the team was impressive. Sergei’s scheduling of the trades was flawless to the point that we felt as though we were watching a well-choreographed ballet because no one was left waiting. Olga is a legend, and while yes, her services were paid for and they had a fee that was about 18% more than the competition, the peace of mind we bought was worth it. Instead of playing fire drill every day and being summoned for high stakes meetings to make major project-related decisions, we received brief summaries at the end of every week. They finished the project 3 weeks ahead of the already ambitious deadline. A+ Construction is not an expense, but a strategic investment for someone like me who is a busy professional and values a smooth process as much as the finished product. They truly are exceptional.
