Vostok construction did a full master bathroom remodel for us. Project went very smoothly and was completed in a month as promised. Everyone in the team worked very hard. We’ve remodeled a kitchen before with a company that wasn’t fantastic, so having Vostok construction be so great was amazing.We chose Vostok Construction to remodel our primary bathroom/bedroom that had lots of water damage. We knew that it would be a big job (needed new subfloor and floor joists and studs in one wall) and they took care of us. They quoted us a price that was not the most or least expensive of the quotes we got. They were very careful to make sure their mess didn’t get anywhere outside of the job site, took their time to make the finishes look just right, and were courteous and kind to myself and my kids. Also, Igor’s tiling skills are what dreams are made of! He did a flawless job with materials that were tricky to work with (and expensive!), and I cannot say enough good things about his work.Eric and Alex were super helpful with seeing our vision and explaining what would be cost effective but also functional. I never felt like either of them pushed me to do something I didn’t want (and as a people pleaser, that’s hard!). The job had a couple of rough spots (bad plumbing from the previous contractor, and a paint color mixup) but each time there was an issue, the communication was clear and they let us know what needed to be done. They were patient when we realized our faucets and other metal finishes weren’t matching and did their best to help us find what we needed. They finished the job in the timeframe they quoted us even with some hiccups along the way.I would 100% recommend Vostok Construction (and I have to some friends!). I hope to use them again in the near future for some more bathrooms and a living room overhaul.
This is a great company. Last Fall, I wanted to remodel my 3 bath rooms and the kitchen, I asked -4 companies to bid on the project. All of them have 4.8 to 5 stars on yelp or other websites. But only Eric from Vostok Construction gave me a very detailed, itemized estimate, with reasonable price. Others just gave a rough estimate with big ranges. I decided to choose Vostok Construction, and happy I did so. Eric is honest, reliable, professional, friendly, and responsive, he always answers my questions promptly. The team are professional and did a great job. If they found any unexpected issues during the renovation, such as finding some rotton sub floor boards that needs to be replaced, Eric would call me and try to minimize the financial impact with very reasonable add-on price. At all he end, they finished the job with high quality, and within the original estimated price! I am a happy customer. Highly recommend.
