I was so impressed with RWK and Jeff Rogers, our Project Manager! They added 500+ sq ft behind our house this summer, including an extended kitchen, a pantry, a mudroom/laundry, an office, a half bath, and upgrades to our existing space. Just to highlight a few things I appreciated:1) they did awesome work in a short time. Jeff kept all subcontractors within a specific window of time. RWK is large enough and respected enough that subcontractors are ready to do and complete their work in their specified time windows. Other bids we got had the job taking at least another month.2) Jeff responded to all our questions and any concerns and was very kind when doing so. If anything was missed, he made sure it was taken care of, even if it meant him coming to do it.3) the quality was top notch, and the price was comparable or better than other contractors we got bids from.I'm so happy we went with RWK.
I highly recommended RWK. RWK had done my parents basement previously and were given glowing reviews from them so we knew we had to check them for a bid. The bid was very reasonable and near the lowest of the six companies we got bids from.Jeff was our project manager and was fantastic. He contacted us daily with what was going on with our addition/remodel. He was very responsive to our messages and needs. He was truly excited about our project.All of the subcontractors they set up were awesome and did a great job.We had been told it would be around 5 months, we finished in 4 1/2 months. Other companies said it would be 6-8 months.We are so happy with the final result. It’s just as we had hoped it would be.
I really can’t say enough good things about the experience that my wife and I had with RWK, and that has rarely been the case for us with contractors these days. We hired RWK to be GC for us on a very extensive renovation project after interviewing several local builders. We really liked our sales guy James, who was very patient with us, walked through the project and got us a competitive bid. Our project on our 9000 sf house broke ground the first week of June and included a ton of demolition, reframing, new windows, and nearly an entirely new exterior with some interior elements as well. Jeff ran point on project management and was an absolute 10/10 in that role. Very responsive. Extremely conscientious and super knowledgeable and friendly as well. He guided the project along to the last day and continues to check in as well to make sure we are satisfied with everything. Ryan, the owner was also very responsive and knowledgeable. Pricing was fair and transparent. I literally have zero complaints about their work and I think that is rare for such a long and complex project. Eddie, who was our framing lead and his crew were the hardest workers I have ever seen. We have to mention Trevor because he ran point on logistics and saved our bacon several times when other sun-contractors weren’t following through with their stated timelines. RWK will be our builder from now on for all of our projects and we highly recommend.
Choosing RWK to finish our basement apartment was the best decision, hands down! They were not only professional and easy to work with, they were budget friendly yet yielding quality workmanship. Everyone one the whole RWK team from invoicing, estimates, and project management were fantastic.
