Our remodeled kitchen is the favorite room in our home! Herbert and his associates remodeled our antiquated 1976 kitchen and replaced the living room/den carpeting with porcelain tile, expanded the entryway from kitchen to den area, installed a sliding door leading to the laundry room (AISD kitchen designer said this couldn't be done), and revamped the ceiling. Very familiar with the construction methods used in our home, Herbert had extensive remodeling experience in our neighborhood. He and his men brought superb construction expertise and I never doubted their ability to solve some of the problems presented by our 43 year-old kitchen and living area. I especially appreciate the cabinetry workmanship, the expert execution of the tile work in back of the stove, the willingness to listen, repeatedly, to my concerns and measurement questions, and the skilled craftmanship performed by his team. A year and a half later it's the small things that count for me. No chips in the cabinetry's paint and it's so easy to clean! Herbert installed a unique butcher board top on the small island and it still generates positive comments from friends. The ceiling is so well lit that it turns a dreary day into a happy one. Herbert's firm is about quality service at a fair price. Look at other remodelers but you'll always have to worry about the caliber of the workers. Not these men! They are trustworthy and I had no qualms about giving them the key to the house while I was at work. I would not hesitate to use Herbert again for future remodeling work.
Herbert and his contractors did an excellent job expanding our laundry room. We went from a pass-through with only room for the washer/dryer…To a walk-in laundry room with room for a folding counter. every step of the way they were considerate about keeping our costs down. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for remodeling and construction on their current home.

I had a water leak that had damaged my downstairs flooring. After getting my pipes fixed HerbertsContructions team came and they started the removal of the damaged flooring and had to remove all of my kitchen cabinets. They worked amazing as a crew and took the time to explain things to me as the process was going along. The flooring took about a week to remove with the glue down old floor and install the new flooring and baseboards. They did amazing work and would definitely use them again on future project. I would Highly recommend them to anyone looking for remodeling or new construction work. Shout out to Mario for his help with the insurance company and helping on that end to ensure that I was getting everything needed from them. David who was making sure that his crews were understanding the job task and helping to make everything a very smooth project. After everything was completed all of the old flooring and trash was gone, everything was clean and ready for furniture back in place.
