Right from our initial sit down to the final day before occupation the DH team from top down were a fantastic company to work with in our first home build. The very reasonable base price of the home was what first caught our eye. The flexibility the company allowed us in customizing our build to fit our needs and interests coupled with the quality building materials (especially the use of pile wood not chip wood) used only added to our positive experience. In any home build there are some hiccups along the way, fortunately, from our experience, DH prides itself in accommodating these issues in a timely and effective manner. We would highly recommend this company for any customers looking to get off on the right with any residential building pursuit.
