Extremely disappointed. I paid Fred $250 + HST for a quote that was promised within a week and never received it, even after waiting over a month. Multiple calls and messages but I got ignored, and I was left on read. No quote, no service, and no receipt despite asking several times. Completely unprofessional.
We recently hired Fred for a bedroom/bathroom swap and remodel project in our home.The quality of workmanship and communication throughout the entire project was second to none. Fred worked with us every step of the way and ensured it was done on time and on budget and was very true to his word right from the initial consultation.I would gladly hire them again and would highly recommend total homes.
I'm beginning to think Fred from Total Home Renovation does not exist, that he is just a voice on the phone. On two seperate occasions, a few years apart we have had good starting conversations about what I would like done, and I never hear from him again. If I had remembered the first instance when we made an appointment for a quote and he never showed I would not have made this call. He did send an electrician over who was quite nice and knew his stuff so that was something anyway. If nothing else I guess I can say Fred was consistent in our dealings
We are absolutely thrilled with our new deck. We had an idea of what we wanted, and Fred designed a beautiful, solid three level deck, complete with pergola, that surpassed what we had envisioned. His team was extremely professional, true craftsmen taking pride in their work. Fred was a pleasure to work with, from our initial meeting, right through to the end of the project. He checked in regularly to update us on materials delivery, progress reports and to see that we were happy with how work was moving along. We would not hesitate to hire his team again for any renovation work. Five stars for this team!
Total Home Renovation did a fantastic job on our full-bath renovation. Incredibly reliable and transparent; he always took the time to keep me up to date and let me know what was going on. If I had any questions, I knew that I would have an answer back in minutes. I left the design completely up to him and he did a gorgeous job. I will definitely be getting my kitchen done by him as well!
