We hired the company for a major renovation of our home, where all aspects of the house were updated, change and improved; from adding square footage ,, new roof, new siding, new AC, the dimensions of three rooms and two bathrooms changed and extended.The plumbing and electrical system updated. All the work was well supervised as they kept us updated almost daily with a software called Jobtread, making decisions easier and less stressful.Finally all inspections of the city of Webster grove were passed after rigorous expectations. We finally are enjoying our moving back to our amazing new home and being with our children and grandchildren. We strongly recommend this company. Best of wishes to all who worked in our dream home.
We have used Hamtil Construction for two major projects now: installation of a custom-built sunroom on the back of our house and a complete remodeling of two full bathrooms. The workmanship is superb. The crew is neat, tidy, efficient, easy to work with and they clean up after themselves completely every day. The Hamtil motto is basically "no surprises," and they are very, very good about communicating progress, plans, any unexpected changes that come up, etc. We would highly recommend them.I will also say that before proceeding with the initial renovation project, we contacted a dozen previous Hamtil clients and they ALL raved. We got nothing less than a 5-star report from any of them and our experience was the same.

Hamtil feels like part of the family now in the best possible way after having completed a complete kitchen renovation among other smaller projects around our home (roof, basement egress, mud room). The quality and craftsmanship was excellent. The key was responding quickly to requests, thoughtful explanations of the process, and extremely personable and caring builders, electricians, carpenters, at each step of the process. They listen to you, are honest, and are completely transparent about their work. It was a long project that got disrupted by Covid.
