We recently worked with Julio from Golden Vista Construction to prepare our kitchen for a full remodel. The scope included electrical work, drywalling, plumbing, painting, demo, and ducting. From start to finish, Julio was extremely transparent and communicative. He consistently kept us updated on what was happening, what to expect next, and any changes that came up.Even when something didn’t go exactly as planned, Julio immediately took ownership and responsibility. They recently worked on creating a pathway for my disabled son to use his scooter with ease to enter and leave the backyard with ease. This pathway is versatile as he also uses it to walk with his walker. Both of these walking aids are stored in the 2 sheds Golden Vista put together for us. I am grateful ??
When I hired Julio Hernandez to do our bathroom renovation, I didn’t realize how lucky I would be. Julio and his crew were outstanding! Julio was professional, reliable, skilled and meticulous. When I ordered the incorrect wall system, Julio went to Home Depot to exchange it for me. He respected our home by protecting/covering everything - entrance way, staircase, floors and furniture. They cleaned up everything (boxes, old tub, tiles and all of the garbage) and hauled them away. Julio gave me an excellent quote (I expected to pay more), and even though they spent time to do additional work, Julio did not ask for any extra money. We are extremely happy with our beautiful bathroom and highly recommend Golden Vista Construction Ltd.
We had our bathroom redone by Julio. He was very helpful and professional from start to finish. The work started earlier than scheduled because he had an opening and it was nice to get our job done.
