We hired Makela Construction for window replacement, soffit and fascia work, and full house siding, including repairs to rotten sheathing plywood at the back of our home. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work and the final result. Chris was very knowledgeable, transparent with fair pricing, and completed the project efficiently and on schedule. Chris demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the renovation process, ensuring all modifications were fully accessible for my father, who uses a wheelchair. He paid meticulous attention to detail, redoing anything that wasn't up to the highest standards. Chris was also wonderful in keeping my father informed about the progress and frequently checked in to make sure everything met his expectations.
Chris was excellent! Very responsive and went above and beyond. The quality of his work was awesome! He truly cares about what he does, no cutting corners. He cameto redo my back deck and when he did the demo he found a few issues and fixed those. I now know why I had leaking in the basement! Super confident with his work and trustworthy. Chris gave us an excellent price, kept us up to date on progress of the window manufacturing, performed the install with attention to every detail and left the place cleaner than before he started!
