It’s not often home renovations go as expected, on time…. or on budget! So when we decided to do our first big condo renovation we didn’t know where to begin! It’s hard to know who to trust and where to go for the right price on labor/ supplies/materials/hardware.
We were so fortunate to be introduced to Sasha and Juan and the capable team at 21 Renovations.
From the beginning there was a time line, and help every step of the way with great communication and regular check ins. The logistics of moving materials in and out of a condo building were no problem for this team either.
They had good ideas and creative problem solving when things had to pivot. We were impressed by the deep mutual respect between Sasha and Juan and each of the trades that were a part of the project. This made everything flow smoothly and the results were amazing! I would absolutely recommend this group to help with any renovation big or small!

My partner and I were tired of our small and enclosed kitchen. We talked to different renovators before asking Sasha to help us with our project. We had an initial design in mind for an open kitchen which was greatly improved on from Sasha's suggestions. After further discussions, we decided on redoing the flooring as well and to upgrade a small closet into a larger walk-in closet. We're very happy with how the project progressed. Sasha and his team are professionals: thorough, detail-oriented and clean. Everything was done according to schedule, communication was great throughout. The apartment looks great now and is also much more functional. Sasha and his team are very reliable and we couldn't recommend them more!

I hired the Sasha’s team based on the reviews on Google. I had a specific requirement with time, which give them only two month to renovate the one bedroom apartment top down and inside out. The other reviews talked about how they stay mostly in schedule. With mine, they finished in a month and half, which is impressive and made my life easier and smooth! It’s always stressful to renovate, I had zero experience, and not sure what to expect to start with. Sasha and Dejan made it easier and it took a lot of communication from both parties. I appreciate their patience. They gave practical advice on the design choices that fit my budget and practical. On my end, making design decisions and purchase on time for them to have everything install with scheduled people is important as well. I found an error in the billing, which was caused by miscommunication, and they adjusted once I pointed it out. It’s great how they clean up daily and make a friendly relationship with neighbours and strata, so everyone is at peace. Now my parents live in that space happily thanks to 21 renovations. If you are looking for quality contractor with their team of people that they work well, reliable, respect the timeline, they are a great choice.

We chose 21 Renovations to do an extensive renovation of our kitchen and adjacent rooms. We are very happy with the results. The 21 Renovations crew (Sasha, Dejan, Luis and Juan) was excellent, as were their sub-contract tradespeople. Everyone that worked on this project was professional, polite and friendly, in addition to being great craftsmen.

Sasha and team completed our project on time and on budget (with a few cost adjustments for unknowns at the project start). It was not an inexpensive reno; but, the transformation of our kitchen was well worth the investment. We feel that we received good value from 21 Renovations. We could not have achieved as good a result without their skills and experience.

Sasha and the 21 Renovations crew were amazing to work with throughout the entire 5 week renovation of my condo. The end results are absolutely beautiful! He was able to adapt to additions to the project even after it started, keeping on the adjusted budget, and staying as close as he could to the completion date. He and his teams that were available to answer any questions that I had promptly. I definitely recommend using them.
