Colin Wright is outstanding as a general contractor. We updated the entire main floor in our house including a full kitchen upgrade and bathroom update.He coordinated a team that worked really well with our unreasonable schedule. He also stayed on budget. 'On schedule' and 'on budget' is already a solid performance, but Colin really stood out when things went sideways.Like many things in life, things dont always go as expected. Colin was outstanding at being available, listening, coming up with a plan, and calming an anxious home owner.Colin really does take the stress out of home renovations.
We hired Colin and team to refinish / resurface our back deck. We had our deck resurfaced, railings and staircase replaced. They started on time, finished on time, kept to the quote, communicated well, and produced fine quality work. We had three contractors come in for quotes and Colin was the only one who looked under the existing deck and told us what he could do to strengthen it!Pricing was also attractive and options to upgrade were not out of this world as another contractor quoted usWe love our deck!Nic
Colin took over a complicated and unfinished renovation and did excellent work. He was professional and trustworthy. Trustworthiness was very important to us after a previous experience with a different contractor and Colin met our expectations and earned our trust. His estimates were accurate and the work was done to a very high standard. Toshi was also excellent.
It was our first time doing a renovation and we were nervous about finding someone we could trust to get things done the way we wanted but our kitchen turned out beautiful and the process went very smoothly. Colin and his team were very attentive and made sure to check in often. The quality of work was excellent and they kept things moving along on time. Just Wright Renovation Experts is a local Victoria business that handles a variety of projects. Colin Wright , the owner, is a highly reputable individual. Colin was the project manager on our total kitchen renovation in Spring of 2022 that included a complete demo and reconstruction. The project went extremely well with minimal delays. We are very appreciative of Colin and his team for the timely fashion in which the project was completed. This project included moving water lines, electrical, new flooring and a window removal/ installation. This meant coordinating multiple trades people. We were living in the home with a newborn at the time of construction and everyone on the project was very considerate. We have since used Colin’s services with an exterior chimney removal, summer 2023. Once again, Colin and his crew did a great job! There was potential for damage to the surrounding area but Colin ensured that the glass surrounding the work site was protected. Colin’s quotes are reasonable and fair. He has excellent communication skills and always kept us informed. We highly recommend Just Wright Renovation Experts for any project large or small.
