Very professional and courteous. James was great to work with and will reccommend him to family and friends. We are very satisfied with our shower and will be using them again.
Jeff and Jake dod an excellent job replacing my shower. They did this in one day. When they arrived, Jeff went over the orders, to make sure we were on the same page. When they were finished, he explained the care and warranty. Made sure I was good with everything, and went on down the road. Thanks. Job well done!
We are extremely happy with our new shower it looks fantastic! The crew did an excellent job from start to finish. The young men who worked in our home were professional, respectful, and very kind. Even with materials being brought in and taken out throughout the project, they were careful not to disrupt our home and kept everything clean and organized. We truly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to update their bathroom. Thank you Colton and Daniel.
Editing review- now 5 starsTailored Remodeling reached out to me the next day and had someone come out same day and resolved all my issues. Fixed the hot and cold water, aerator on the sink and the drywall issue. This company really cares about their customers and when issues happen they will fix them and their work on the showers are excellent! Would highly recommend this company!Old review- was 2 starsWe got our shower demoed out and had a new one put in. Took a little over 3 months from signing papers to getting the materials in for an install. This was okay since we had a spare bathroom to use. The worker was friendly and asked me my opinion on things while he was working the job. We have a fairly big shower and he even asked me to assist him on pulling up on the drip pan so he could screw it in, not a huge deal but if it's a big shower have 2 people available to make it work. The shower looks fantastic, I can't complain about the product or how it looks and super happy with it. The worker fixed our plumbing as well to make it work and the work looks pretty good from what I could tell, would have been a 5 star.Where the company gets a 2 star-Once he was done installing he was ready to get out of there, kept saying he doesn't like to do 3 day jobs and it took him 2 days to finish. He wanted us to go look at the work done a verify it looked good, I looked at the shower that was installed and it looked good. I didn't think to look anywhere else so I sign the papers and move on and wait 24 hours before using it. Shower works great, no problems. Then I go to use my sink and the water is spraying everywhere. I look and the aerator on the sink has been busted off. I text the worker and he said you can find those on Amazon and are fairly cheap. Not the response I expected, felt like a wipe my hands clean and I'm done with the job. He also got the hot and cold water backwards and he said maybe I should have checked it before hooking it up. I said it's not a big deal because at this point he wanted to get out of there and didnt offer to fix it. The toilet seat was kind of scratched up and there was "demo dust" throughout my whole house covering everything. Here is the major issue, I had this gut feeling to go check the closet a few days after the install that is behind the shower in the other bedroom. Totally separated the dry wall, a few pieces were knocked out from the demo and a crack was created at the top right from the ceiling. I didn't even attempt to text the worker as I expected a "you can buy that at lowes to fix it yourself". So posting here to see what someone says with maybe a better response on if they plan to come out and fix the things they broke.Photos-Showing finished resultBroken aerator on the sinkPhotos of the closet where the drywall has separated, pieces falling out and the crack in the corner ceilingLast photo is the "demo dust" shining through the light, if you have work done and they have to demo, make sure to put up some kind of separator where the work is being done. It was pretty difficult to breath for 2 days.
