This house is a nightmare. The best example I have is prior to moving into this house 2 years ago Bromwell repainted the wall in the photo due to so many nail pops. 2 years later the sketch they drew on the wall bled thru. Guess they never heard of Kilz. Better yet maybe they could have sketched this on paper. Roof leaks. Window leaks. At the end of the day you can put lipstick on a pig but it’s still a pig. Anyone know a good construction defects attorney?

Bromwell just completed our kitchen renovation and we are SO in love with it! It was a full overhaul, including knocking a wall down between our existing kitchen and formal dining room, to nearly doubling the usable size of our space. The whole process was seamless, beginning with meeting Kristin, who was polite, honest, and eager to see and hear my ideas. She truly helped to bring my vision to life! From helping me make final decisions on big items such as countertop edges, cabinet inserts, and structural flow, to sourcing the perfect finishes based off of my inspo pictures that were well within our budget, she was always readily available to help offer advice. We had received estimates from several other companies that were certainly lower than this one, but we had such a sense of confidence that things would run smoothly and in a timely manner, given how detailed and specific the estimate was. Right before the project began, we were given a 9 week calendar of all of the tasks to be completed and without fail, each week was spot on. The project actually ended up wrapping up about a week ahead of schedule. There were no delays or price surprises whatsoever, which I feel is nearly unheard of within most construction jobs. Our new kitchen is absolutely perfect for our family and we could not be happier with it!
