We had a wonderful experience with Elze Contracting. We visited finished jobs from several contractors before selecting them. Eddie’s personable approach and the fine details/finishing touches of his work is why we chose Elze Contracting for our project. Eddie is a genuine expert in his field. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. But it was his character that impressed us the most. Eddie is attentive,honest and fair. Construction never goes exactly as planned. Eddie immediately rectified the few minor bumps that occurred along the way. And when there were unforeseen circumstances, Eddie offered creative ideas and was always fair. We knew we were in safe hands every step of the way. We had a vision and Eddie made it his quest to bring that vision to life. The end-result exceeded our expectations(see photos). I can’t imagine a better contractor for someone to entrust their home renovation project to.
I recently had my ensuite and main bathroom renovated by Elze Contracting, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!Eddie and his team were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. They took great care to protect my home from any damage, and Eddie was always responsive, patient, and calm, answering all my questions and addressing concerns promptly.The project took a bit longer than expected however, both bathrooms turned out absolutely amazing—just as I envisioned! ELZE Contracting Inc did an amazing job on our stairs, flooring and kitchen! Eddie was understanding, professional and had an open mind when we had questions about certain things. They were clean and worked around our family still living in the house during the Reno’s. I would recommend him to any one I know and hope to work on future projects with him again.
I highly recommend Elze Contracting for any size job. We had 2 bathrooms completely renovated and could not be happier with the end product. The ease of working with Ed was a great experience with no push back to any changes we asked for. His aim is to please! I will recommend this company to everyone I know and meet. As a former home builder I watched closely during the renovation to see if any corners were cut or if the easy way was taken over the proper way. I was pleased to find they went out of their way to do things right. The tile setter is a master of his trade and the owner was very honest and prideful in his work. These are hard to find qualities in this day and age when everyone is out to make fast money at the expense of quality. I consider Ed a friend now as he truly cares about his clients. Honestly, Eddie was an absolute pleasure to work with! If you want the job completed right, to look absolutely beautiful, and to work with someone who is honest, transparent and who you can fully trust with your project, look no further than Elze Contracting! Navigating a complete renovation on our condo was not something I was looking forward to with currently living 3hrs away, but Eddie removed all that worry, and took care of it all. Working with my vision, he took our tired, dated condo and turned it into a complete gem. Despite the distance, he always kept us up to date with video messages, photos and phone calls as necessary. If something did not work within my vision, he always was able to provide an alternate solution that was equally appealing. Take a look at the attached photos, they speak for themselves.
