Beware of this company, they’re very nice to you until you hire them and pay them. Mark comes across as friendly and professional at first, but that changes quickly after you’ve committed and made the payment. I was misled by the positive reviews and decided to hire Mark for a home renovation project — it turned out to be a big mistake. What a disaster. Mark doesn’t actually do the work himself; instead, he asks others to do it, many of whom struggle with communication due to language barriers so I was not able to communicate with them while they were working in my house. Unfortunately, once the payment was made, Mark distanced himself entirely from the quality and oversight of the work. I had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend this company. It has also made me far more skeptical of online reviews going forward.
I reside in Leamington, and Mark and his team traveled all the way here to provide their services. I am highly impressed with their professionalism and the efficiency of their work. I will certainly recommend their services to others.
Mark and his crew came in and updated our 1960's bathroom with new shower/vanity and moved laundry from basement to bathroom. He also did changes in kitchen with some new cabinets (much more storage now), sink, countertop and new floor. Finally, took out tile floor in entrance way and laid down new hardwood. Very happy with the work and definitely will use them again. There are old and new pics in review.
